GENERAL MILLS PICKS VOCAL SEARCH WINNER

General Mills Canada of Mississauga has picked Candace Czuroski of Blue Ridge, AB as the winner of its Canadian Berry Burst Cheerios Vocal Search contest. General Mills began the national contest last month. Participants entered by submitting an audition voicemail by telephone. Czuroski's voice will be used in the soundtrack for a Berry Burst Cheerios television commercial that will air later this month. Czuroski's photograph will be displayed on Berry Burst Cheerios packaging for the next six months. She will also receive a CD of her recording session and a trip for two to the Bahamas. Advertising for Cheerios is done by Cossette Communication-Marketing of Toronto. Public relations are handled by Optimum Public Relations of Toronto.
