ABBOTT, AXCAN SEND LXB ADDITIONAL WORK

Abbott International of Chicago and Axcan Pharma of Mont Saint-Hilaire, QC have assigned additional work to LXB Communication Marketing of Montreal. Abbott has hired LXB to develop positioning and international creative for Synagis, a product that protects premature babies from a respiratory virus. Axcan has assigned LXB the graphic design of packaging for its products in Asia and South America and the marketing of its enzyme product Panzytrat in Europe. LXB began working for Abbott at the launch of Synagis in 2001. Axcan hired LXB as its agency of record in 2002.
