NATIONAL GALLERY BEGINS CREATIVE, MEDIA AGENCY SEARCHES

The National Gallery of Canada has begun searching for a new creative agency and a new media agency. The winning firms will provide media planning and buying services and creative advertising services to the National Gallery and its affiliate museum, the Canadian Museum of Contemporary Photography. Both museums are located in Ottawa. Each contract is for a one-year period (April 1, 2004 to March 31, 2005) with options to renew. Bids are due by Feb. 27 and a final decision is expected in late March. The creative incumbent is Diesel of Montreal. The media incumbent is Vector Media of Ottawa.
