TORONTO SPORTSMEN'S SHOW READIES MARKETING

Canadian National Sportsmen's Shows has begun promoting its upcoming 2004 Toronto Sportsmen's Show. The annual outdoor sports event will run from March 17 to 21 at the National Trade Centre. An advertising effort in southern Ontario broke last month with print advertising in industry magazines. Additional promotion will include ads in community and daily newspapers, radio and specialty television advertising and a billboard campaign. Promotional information and a discount offer will be emailed to subscribers of the Molson Insider. A contest and discount offer will be run by The Toronto Sun. Another marketing campaign will target Ministry of Natural Resources outdoor card holders, Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters members, Canadian Armed Forces personnel at Ontario bases and firefighter and police forces in southern Ontario.
