MINTO SENDS CONDO ASSIGNMENTS TO THE COMMUNICATIONS GROUP

Ottawa-based real estate company Minto has assigned the public relations for two Toronto development projects to The Communications Group, also based in Toronto. The first project, currently under construction, is a 52-storey condominium called The Pointe MintoMidtown. Advertising for this site is being handled by LA Ads of Toronto. The second project is MintoYorkville, a 183-suite rental building that opened in April. Advertising for MintoYorkville is being handled in-house. The Communications Group has completed other projects for Minto in the past. It was based on that work that the agency received these assignments.
