BIMM CREATES HOLIDAY CAMPAIGN FOR MADD
By Adnews Staff
Bimm Communications of Toronto has created a new holiday campaign for Mothers Against Drunk Driving Canada. The "Tie One Online" initiative launched last month as part of MADD's annual "Project Red Ribbon" effort which focuses on the issue of impaired driving. As part of the "Tie One Online" campaign, permission-based emails are being sent out to MADD Canada's database. Recipients receive a greeting that invites them to click-through to the campaign's microsite at <http://www.click.madd.ca>. For every visitor that clicks-through, sponsors of the "Tie One Online" campaign will donate $0.50 to MADD Canada. Those sponsors include Suzuki Canada Auto Dealers Foundation, Winners Merchants and Michelin North America (Canada). A viral component invites recipients to paste the http://click.madd.ca link
into an email message and send it to 5 of their friends. The "Tie One Online" campaign is running until mid-December.
