SURVEY: MARKETING EXECUTIVES FIND WORK INTERESTING

The Creative Group has released the results of a survey into the motives of advertising and marketing professionals for remaining in a current position. The survey, conducted by an independent research firm, polled 125 advertising executives and 125 marketing executives. Forty-three percent of respondents said they were "most thankful" for having interesting work. Seventeen percent were most thankful for opportunities for growth, 14% were most thankful for their co-workers, 13% for strong company management and seven percent for job security. Six per cent answered "don't know/other." The Creative Group is a staffing service that finds employment for marketing, advertising, creative and Web professionals on a project basis.
