NURSES ASSOCIATIONS BREAK PUBLIC AWARENESS CAMPAIGN

The Registered Nurses Association of Ontario along with the Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario have launched a public awareness campaign to promote nursing as a career choice among students. One hundred and twenty-one shelter ads and 89 billboards throughout the province feature photographs of nurses and patients in a variety of settings. The headline read "Nurses. Real Heart. Real Smart." The campaign is scheduled to run for four-weeks. It was created by HM&E of Toronto.
