Toronto-based software company ActiveCore Technologies has hired Strategic Objectives, also based in Toronto, to promote its mobile games group SilverBirch Studios. The public relations agency received the account through a referral. Strategic will also work on the upcoming launch of the company's Recessgames.com, a Web site that will offer cell phone games and ring tones.
