TIM HORTONS PROMOTES MAPLE PECAN DANISH
By Adnews Staff
Tim Hortons is promoting its Maple Pecan Danish, available for a limited time, with a national four-week radio and television campaign. In the 30-second television ad, a woman locks a danish in a kitchen cupboard to save it for later. She gives the key to her husband. She says that no matter what she says he is not to return it to her. She then asks for the key. The man drops the key down the drain of the sink. The end of the ad shows the man in the basement looking for the key in the drainpipes. The woman eats the danish while screwing the cupboard hinges back on. In the radio ad, a man claims a co-worker's danish was calling out to him. The television and radio ads are being supported with outdoor advertising and in-store materials, all created by Enterprise Creative Selling of Toronto. French television, radio and outdoor creative has also been developed by Enterprise.
