UNILEVER HOLDS CONTEST PROMOTION FOR DEGREE

Unilever Canada is in the middle of a promotion called the "Degree Clutch Challenge." The initiative, being handled by Segal Communications of Toronto, is in support of Degree deodorant. The travelling promotion will visit various community events and retailers nationally over the summer. Participants compete in three sports events: hockey, basketball and golf. The top performer from each of six regions will be flown to Montreal to participate in the a final event on Aug. 30.
