Hill & Knowlton has appointed Mark Jiles an account director and Cherie Payne a senior consultant at its Vancouver branch. Most recently Jiles was director of public affairs for Molson Indy Vancouver. Payne was previously a consultant at BenchMark Porter Novelli.
