DISCOVERY CHANNEL BEGINS NEFERTITI STREET PROMOTION

Discovery Channel has begun a two-week promotion for its upcoming program "Nefertiti Resurrected." The two-hour program on the Egyptian queen will premier on Aug. 17. During the days preceeding the premier five promotional workers dressed as Nefertiti will walk the streets of Toronto. The individuals will answer pedestrians questions and inform them of the program. The concept was developed in-house by Discovery Channel.
