CANWEST INTERACTIVE SIGNS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH OWEN MEDIA PARTNERS

CanWest Interactive has signed an eight-year agreement with Toronto-based Owen Media Partners. CanWest Interactive is the electronic publishing division of Winnipeg-based CanWest Global Communications. For the duration of the contract Owen Media Partners will publish and distribute CanWest Interactive's Financial Post print and CDROM products. These include the Directory of Directors, FP Bond Books and FP Corporate Surveys. The term will begin with the publication of the 2004 edition of Directory of Directors this fall.
