GM, BLUE JAYS HOLD FATHER'S DAY CONTEST

General Motors of Canada and the Toronto Blue Jays will hold a three-day contest this weekend. During the Blue Jays games today, Saturday and Sunday, one attendee will win a Pontiac Sunfire GT Coupe or Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 Sedan. Three semifinalists will be randomly selected through in-stadium balloting and invited onto the field during the seventh inning of each game to select one of three keys. The contestant whose key opens the door will win the car. GM will also distribute vouchers for a $500 discount on the price of a new GM vehicle. On Saturday, Carlos Delgado Celebriducks will be distributed to the first 25,000 entrants. On Sunday, the same number of Blue Jays Father's Day ties will be given away. The contest and giveaways coincide with a sleepover event that will take place at Skydome tomorrow night. Approximately 300 fathers and children will sleep on the playing field after watching a movie on the Jumbotron and attending the game.
