COURTNEY RAINEY LANDS WORK FROM ASTRAZENECA, MAC'S, SHORT FILM FESTIVAL
By Adnews Staff
Toronto-based public relations agency Courtney Rainey Group has three new clients. The agency recently handled the launch for AstraZeneca of a cardiovascular drug called Crestor. Courtney Rainey was hired by the firm late last year in a competitive review. The agency is also working on a sampling program for Mac's Convenience Stores in support of the chain's Froster beverage. According to Sharon Rainey, partner at the agency, the program uses "non-traditional" marketing activities. The sampling initiative will visit Ontario concert venues through the summer. Courtney Rainey is also handling public relations for the upcoming Worldwide Short Film Festival, which will take place in Toronto from June 3 to 8. This work is on a pro bono basis.
