SIRARD JOINS DAIRY FARMERS OF CANADA

Roger Sirard has been appointed to the newly created position of national director of marketing for the Dairy Farmers of Canada. He will begin the job on May 19. Most recently Sirard was vice-president of the Association of Canadian Advertisers. Based in Montreal, he headed the association's Quebec operations.
