TVB MAKES PEOPLE CHANGES

The Television Bureau of Canada has reorganized to become more efficient at selling television as an ad medium. Former category director Jim Quance is now resource centre vice-president. Another former category director, Gary Masters, has been appointed advertiser development vice-president. Raymond Duguay has joined TVB as Quebec region vice-president. Formerly he was at the CBC's French division as marketing development manager. Suzanne Marshall has switched media, leaving her job as research director at the Radio Marketing Bureau to become the TVB's research manager.
