CANADIAN LIVER FOUNDATION BEGINS AWARENESS INITIATIVE
By Adnews Staff
The Canadian Liver Foundation aims to education people about liver disease and the need for research through a new public awareness campaign. Television and radio public service announcements featuring jazz musician Oscar Peterson have been distributed to media nationally. In the ads, Peterson talks about liver disease and encourages people to learn more about it. The campaign, created in-house, will run through March. Public relations for the Canadian Liver Foundation are handled by BenchMark Porter Novelli of Toronto.
