Michael Elliott has been appointed editor of Time Canada. Elliott replaces George Russell, who is taking a three-month sabbatical. Elliott will retain his job as editor-at-large for Time in the U.S. He will also continue to write the magazine's "Global Agenda" column on international affairs.
