By Adnews Staff
Interbrew France has awarded a contract to Montreal-based Époxy Communications to develop an advertising campaign to support the launch of its Boomerang malt beverage in France. Two local agencies, Nikita and Callegari Berville Grey, were also considered. Époxy's Paris and Montreal offices will jointly work on the project. Intrebrew plans to introduce Boomerang this spring. A limited market test was conducted last year. Époxy has been working for Intrebrew on brand development and packaging for the French market since the fall. In Quebec, Époxy has worked for Labatt, part of Interbrew, for appromiately 10 years. That work has included designing labels and developing packaging for some Labatt products and overseeing the creative process for the launch of Boomerang Vodkice in Quebec.
