WASSERMAN HIRED BY B.C. INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

Vancouver-based Wasserman & Partners Advertising has been appointed the agency of record for the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Also on the shortlist for the account were Bryant, Fulton & Shee, Grey Worldwide Northwest and Big House Communications, all of Vancouver. Wasserman will work on brand and creative development for the institute in an effort to enhance and strengthen its brand. According to the agency, the process will include an information audit, concept generation and consumer testing phases. Marcia Pong, marketing strategist for BCIT, said the institute previously used design houses and contractors on a project basis for its advertising.
