DIET VANILLA COKE CREATIVE BEGINS NATIONAL TRANSIT SHELTER CAMPAIGN

Coca-Cola has begun a national transit shelter advertising campaign for diet Vanilla Coke. This is the first campaign for the product since its introduction last month. The English-language creative makes use of the curiosity theme used in teaser advertising for the drink. The tagline "Double Your Curiosity" accompanies an image of a bottle of diet Vanilla Coke beside a bottle of Vanilla Coke. The English creative was done by The Martin Agency of Richmond, VA and adapted for Canada by MacLaren McCann of Toronto. The French-language creative is unique to Canada. Produced by Cossette Communication-Marketing of Montreal, it shows a bottle of diet Vanilla Coke and Vanilla Coke in an ice cream cone. In Toronto, murals are also being used to promote the cola. The advertising is being supported by in-store materials from Big Image Studios and Acquity Digital Imaging and with public relations by APEX Public Relations.
