COUNTRY STYLE DONUTS BEGINS COFFEE CUP CONTEST

Country Style Donuts has begun another round of its "Turn Up a Winner" promotion at participating locations. The chain's first contest of this type, which involves instant-win areas on hot beverage cups, occurred in the spring. Prizes include trips to Air Canada Vacations Beaches resorts, Toshiba TVs, Arctic Cat ATVs, International Pool and Spa hot tubs, a Brick furniture package, Lay's potato chips and Country Style menu items. Radio and billboard advertising created by The Tie Domi Group of Toronto will promote the contest. Country Style will also release new television advertising, also from Tie Domi, focusing on the taste and quality of its coffee. This advertising will run in Ontario. Media buying was handled by MediaVest of Toronto.
