PRIMARY COUNSEL GAINS NEW ASSIGNMENTS

Primary Counsel Group has landed four new assignments. The Toronto-based public relations firm was recently appointed agency of record for The Empire Club and Budget Rent A Car. Both accounts came to the company through referrals. The agency has also received new assignments from Talvest Fund Management and Aventis Pharmaceutical Company. Primary Counsel has worked for Talvest on a project basis for several years. The project from Aventis was assigned based on a referral.
