TSN RE-DESIGNS WEB SITE

Toronto-based sports network TSN has re-designed its Web site at <http://www.tsn.ca>. Toronto design and communications company 70 Main Street worked to enhance the site's content and navigation. The number of ad units available on the site has been increased from four to 16. Additional advertising opportunities include special event sponsorship, contests and sponsorships of fantasy sports games and trivia games. To promote the changed TSN.ca, the network is giving away four "official TSN.ca La-z-boy chairs." Each chair has a built in telephone, cooler, heater and massage unit. Users are automatically entered into the contest when they register for one of the site's services. These include wireless delivery of news and email newsletters. The contest is being promoted with radio and print advertising and and commercials on TSN and CTV. The creative was produced by TSN. Media buying was done by Black & Company of Toronto.
