BLAST RADIUS ACQUIRES ENFOLDING SYSTEMS

Vancouver-based Internet services company Blast Radius has acquired Enfolding Systems Corp., also of Vancouver. The financial details are not known. Enfolding Systems makes software for creating XML documents for the Internet. Its staff will become part of a new product division at Blast Radius. Michael Fergusson, founder of Enfolding Systems, will join Blast Radius as vice-president of product development.
