NEW GM AT NEW CANWEST STATION

CanWest Global Communications has hired Del Sexsmith as general manager of its new FM radio station in Winnipeg. Most recently Sexsmith was president of Sexsmith Media Strategies. The new station will have a jazz format when its begins broadcasting at 99.1 FM early next year.
