MOLSON APPOINTS CFO

Molson has appointed Brian Burden executive vice-president and chief financial officer. Burden has held senior finance executive positions at several units of Diageo plc, including senior vice-president of Seagram Corporate Venture Transition and senior vice-president and chief financial officer of North America for United Distillers and Vintners. His appointment is effective Sept. 3.
