ROGERS AT&T WIRELESS BEGINS NEW TV CAMPAIGN

A new television advertising campaign for Rogers AT&T Wireless broke this week. Created by MacLaren McCann of Toronto, the campaign consists of two 30-second spots called "Side Kicks" and "It's Me." The first depicts an action hero who has the ability to know who is calling him because his phone allows him to assign different ring tones to incoming callers. The second ad promotes the ability to download new rings tones. The television ads will be followed by print and radio advertising next week. Those ads will promote the features of various wireless phones as well as current special offers. A separate campaign is running in Quebec.
