CRITICAL MASS HIRES GRADDON

Art Graddon has been hired by Calgary-based Web development company Critical Mass as vice president of client services. Graddon previously operated a consulting firm called Indicia Direct Strategies that specialized in the integration of online and offline direct marketing. Prior to that he was senior vice president at Ogilvy & Mather in Calgary.
