Toronto-based public relations agency iContact Communications has promoted Ana-Maria Mosoiu to the position of senior consultant. She joined the firm as a consultant in Nov. 2000. Prior to that she was part of the healthcare practice at Edelman. IContact is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hill & Knowlton.
