D'ANGELO SIGNS LEAFS CORSON AND TUCKER

D'Angelo Brands Ltd. of Las Vegas has retained Toronto Maple Leafs Shayne Corson and Darcy Tucker as spokespersons for a range of the food company's products. The hockey players will make personal appearances and participate in advertising for D'Angelo's juices and drinks. As part of the agreement, the company will donate the profit from the first 10,000 cases of its new "Lemunade" lemonade drink to the Make A Wish Foundation, which seeks to grant the wishes of terminally ill children. Further details are unknown. "We believe that Darcy and Shayne are exactly the right role models to communicate our focus on great-tasting beverages with the finest quality ingredients," said company chairman Frank D'Angelo. "Aside from their association with health and sports, their support of first class charities like Make A Wish positions them as exceptional spokespersons for our brands." Lemunade will be distributed with four different label designs depicting cartoon children at roadside lemonade stands. It will be available in Ontario this month.
