TOSHIBA APPOINTS GM FOR MOBILE COMPUTER DIVISION

Toshiba of Canada has hired Ralph Hyatt as general manager of the information systems group, the company's mobile computer division. Hyatt has spent the past ten years at Compaq Canada, most recently as vice-president of the access business group. Prior to that he was vice-president of the personal computing group and the consumer sales and marketing group.
