FAZE INCREASES CIRCULATION FOR BACK-TO-SCHOOL ISSUE

Toronto-based Faze Inc. will increase the circulation of Faze Magazine's back-to-school issue from 250,000 to 500,000. Faze is an English-language publication aimed at teens and young adults 13 to 19 years of age. The quarterly magazine is sold on newsstands and by subscription. The back-to-school issue will carry articles including, "The History of Denim," "Hot New Cell Phone Technology" and "Back-to-school Fashion Makeovers with MuchMusic's VJs." The issue will out in the first week of August. In addition to its regular distribution, 350,000 copies will be included in back-to-school gift packs to be sold in grocery stores and retailers. Another 100,000 copies will be distributed to teens as they leave school parties that will take place in September and October. Advertisers in the issue include Sony, L'Oreal and Procter & Gamble.
