PITNEY BOWES PROMOTES DM SERIES

Pitney Bowes of Canada Ltd. is promoting the introduction of its DM Series of mailing systems with a print advertising campaign. The series consists of five semi-automatic and automatic mailing systems that can process 90 to 240 letters per minute. Print ads created by Bimm Communications Group of Toronto are running in The Globe and Mail, National Post, R.O.B. Magazine, Purchasing B2B, Less Affaires and La Presse. The creative makes use of photographs of the various models and describes the benefits of the system. The tagline is "Intelligence at Work." According to David Armstrong, vice-president of marketing for Pitney Bowes Canada, the company is also planning a direct mail campaign. Public and media relations are being handled by Cohn & Wolfe of Toronto. Cohn & Wolfe will also handle an upcoming corporate profile campaign for Pitney Bowes Canada.
