KFC BEGINS SPIDER-MAN PROMOTION

KFC Restaurants has begun a new Kids Meal promotion in Canada, excluding Quebec. The initiative involves four collectible toys based on Columbia Pictures/Marvel Entertainment's new "Spider-Man" movie, which was released on Friday. The toys including a Spider-Man figurine, a Green Goblin figurine, a wrist web projector and a Green Goblin pumpkin launcher. One toy will be distributed with each Kids Meal purchased. The toys can also be purchased individually. The effort is being promoted with in-restaurant materials including counter stickers, door displays and display case cards created by gcomm Integrated Marketing Communications of Toronto.
