PRESCIENT TO BUILD UPPER CANADA WEB SITE

Prescient has been hired to handle a new Web initiative for Upper Canada Brewing Company this summer. Prescient is a division of Toronto-based Holmes & Lee. It received the assignment after contacting Upper Canada with the idea of putting the brewer's newsletter online, according to Brian Steinhauser, managing director of Prescient. Upper Canada's existing Web site contained brand information and company history. It has been replaced with a contest page that will run until the new site is ready in June. The winner of the contest will receive a weekend trip for two to an Ontario Inn. According to Steinhauser, the new site will focus on Ontario's arts, culture and outdoors. Upper Canada products are distributed in Ontario only.
