JANSPORT HIRES TRIBAL DDB FOR WEB SITE RE-DESIGN

JanSport of Appleton, WI has hired Tribal DDB of Vancouver to re-design its Web site at <http://www.jansport.com>. JanSport markets backpacks, outdoor packs and travel gear. Tribal DDB is the digital and interactive division of Palmer Jarvis DDB, also based in Vancouver. Tribal DDB will incorporate JanSport's new product lines into the Web site re-design. The firm will work with JanSport's ad agency, DDB Seattle, to make the site's look consistent with JanSport's advertising. The work is expected to be completed this summer. The site is aimed at business and leisure travellers. The site re-design is part of a larger North American marketing campaign for JanSport that will also include other marketing efforts this summer.
