WENDY'S RENEWS CFL MARKETING AGREEMENT

Wendy's Restaurants of Canada has renewed its marketing partnership with the Canadian Football League. The Oakville, ON-based hamburger chain has been a partner of the CFL since the 2000 season. With this renewal Wendy's will continue as the official hamburger of the CFL as well as title sponsor of TSN's full 50 game CFL schedule including Wendy's CFL Friday Night Football. As part of its sponsorship Wendy's is allowed to use the CFL trademarks including the new Grey Cup 2002 logo, created by Barnstorm Creative of Vancouver, in its advertising and promotions.
