LEO BURNETT CREATES HORSEPLAYER INTERACTIVE EXPANSION CAMPAIGN

The Woodbine Entertainment Group of Toronto is promoting the expansion of its HorsePlayer Interactive telephone betting service into two new markets with an out-of-home ad campaign from Leo Burnett Canada, also of Toronto. The campaign is running in Fort Erie and Flamborough, ON. It began in mid-March and will run until mid-May on billboards near the two racetracks. Aimed at horseracing fans, the creative seeks to convey that placing a telephone bet is as easy as calling for take-out food. The two executions, called "Chicken Balls" and "Pizza", are being supported with on-site materials at the tracks and inserts in locally relevant horseracing publications.
