NATIONAL PUBLIC RELATIONS PROMOTES TRANSITION MANAGEMENT

National Public Relations is promoting a new approach to PR it calls T-360 which is intended to help companies during uncertain times or times of transition. According to the Montreal-based firm, T-360 refers to "360-degree" perspective to communications that enables senior executives to anticipate and manage the needs of audiences affected by company changes. A "swat team" manages all of a client's transition communications including media, investor and government relations, crisis management and litigation communications. According to the agency, it has already implemented this program for clients in the airline, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, resources and technology sectors.
