KEMP PROMOTED, RE-LOCATED TO JWT CHICAGO

Rick Kemp has been promoted to executive vice-president and executive creative director of J. Walter Thompson Chicago. He has been senior vice-president and executive creative director of J. Walter Thompson's Toronto office for the past four years. He will move once a replacement for the Toronto position has been found.
