TBWACHIATDAY APPOINTS BERTRAM PRESIDENT

TBWAChiatDay Toronto has appointed Jay Bertram president. Bertram will join the agency in March, succeeding David Fong who left in September 2001. Bertram has spent the past eight years at Cossette Communication Group, most recently as senior vice-president of corporate development. Bertram previously worked at TBWAChiatDay in 1989 as an account director. When he left in 1994 he was co-managing director.
