DUREX HOLDS FEEL THE HEAT CONTEST

Durex Canada Inc. of Concord, ON, is promoting its Avanti brand of condoms with contest called "Feel the Heat." The winner of the online contest will receive a five-night stay for two at Whistler Blackcomb as well as two mountain lift tickets and an Avanti gift pack. The second prize winner will receive 99 Avanti condoms, which, according to Durex's fall 2001 global sex survey, is a year's supply. To enter, contestants visit <http://www.durex.com> and answer a trivia question. A random draw will be held and winners announced on Feb. 14. Public relations agency GCI Group developed and executed the contest. Various media partners in major Canadian markets are being used to promote the contest. In addition to links on partner Web sites, the contest will also be supported with on-air mentions just prior to Valentine's Day.
