CARLSON MARKETING GROUP ACQUIRES TWO INTERNET FIRMS

Relationship marketing services agency Carlson Marketing Group, based in Minneapolis, MN, has acquired two Internet companies in the past two months. SalesDriver.com, Inc. of Maynard, MA is a developer of Web-enabled sales-incentive programs. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Sales and marketing efforts for SalesDriver.com will be handled by Carlson Marketing Group's corporate solutions practice while operations will be handled by the agency's customer, operations and delivery group. New York-based beenz.com is the operates a rewards-based loyalty program for the Internet. Beenz account holders will be integrated into Gold Points Rewards, a subsidiary of Carlson Marketing Group. The Gold Points Rewards consumer loyalty program rewards members online and off-line when they use a card at participating partners.
