Ann Boden, president and CEO of OMD Canada, will retire from that position on Dec. 31. She will stay on at the Toronto-based agency as chairman. "My advertising career has been a tremendous experience and I attribute the success of the past three years at OMD Canada to each and every person on our team," said Boden. "I'm looking forward to retirement, but as chairman I will help manage the transition with a priority on finding my replacement." Boden's 30-year career in advertising began at Ogilvy & Mather. The majority of her career was spent at McKim Advertising, now BBDO Canada. She became president and CEO of OMD Canada in 1998. She is past president of the Broadcast Executives Society and has also been president of the Canadian Media Directors' Council, chairman of the Canadian Outdoor Association and vice-chairman of BBM.
