TELELATINO SENDS MORE WORK TO GRIFFIN BACAL VOLNY

Italian and Spanish broadcaster TLN Telelatino of Mississauga has hired Toronto-based Griffin Bacal Volny to increase the broadcaster's profile and advertising sales. The agency will also create public relations campaigns intended to grow the TLN brand. The agency first began working with TLN on a project basis earlier this summer when its was retained to provide public relations support for the broadcast of Copa America: The Americas Cup of Soccer. "GBV brings a wealth of experience in brand building and PR to the tabel that will lead us in the direction we'd like to go," said Aldo Di Felice, president of TLN. Telelatino was launched in 1984 and today is carried by all of Canada's major cable systems. It is also available on both of Canada's DTH satellite systems.
