MEDIA PROFILE OPENS INVESTOR RELATIONS DIVISION

Toronto-based public relations agency Media Profile has opened a division called IR Profile intended to provide investor relations services to pre-IPO and publicly traded companies. IR Profile is headed by senior consultant David Wills and director of client services Susan Reisler. The division offers strategic and disclosure counsel, investor targeting, annual and quarterly report design, shareholder contact management, speech writing as well as media and presentation training. "We've been doing investor relations for our PR clients for many years," said Media Profile president Patrick Gossage. "In order to serve them better, we are launching a separate division with a specialized financial communications team that has the tools and resources to offer a complete suite of investor relations services."
