MYRIAD CLOSES LOOP

Toronto-based Myriad Marketing is promoting a new marketing approach it calls "Closed Loop Marketing" which consists of a range of capabilities intended to serve a client from one end of a marketing effort to the other. The agency has already begun applying aspects of Closed Loop Marketing to clients including Subaru Canada and The Bulldog Group, said Chris McCarten, president and managing director of Myriad. To promote the approach, the agency is holding two seminars this month intended to familiarize existing clients and potential clients with the complete range of services Closed Loop Marketing offers. These services include prospecting and lead generation, development and consulting, strategic planning, customer retention management, creative and design, database management and after-market communications. "Our strategy, through extensive research and client feedback, has been to consolidate our integrated services with the advancement of customized messaging technology to offer our clients a holistic view of the entire prospect-to-customer cycle," said McCarten.
